I’m Louise, co-founder of Inter Teach recruitment company. My mission is simple: to connect outstanding teachers from New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and England with world-class private international schools across Asia.
Having spent years teaching and leading in Southeast Asia and China, I understand the excitement (and occasional chaos) of building a career abroad. I’ve juggled new curriculums, navigated cultural quirks, and even mastered ordering dinner in more languages than I ever expected. Those experiences allow me to guide teachers through the journey with both expertise and empathy.
What I love most is finding the “just right” fit — where a teacher’s passion for education meets a school’s vision. For teachers, that means not just a job, but a chance to grow, travel, and thrive. For schools, it means welcoming educators who are skilled, adaptable, and perhaps even able to survive a monsoon season with a smile.
At heart, I believe recruitment is really about connections, courage, and a dash of adventure — and I’m here to make sure each placement reflects that.
